Why do I have to provide card details for Trial Period?

You provide card details for the Free Trial period for your convenience. It is so that your membership continues seamlessly. You will not be charged for your membership until the end of Your Free Trial unless you cancel during that time.

Where can I see my membership invoices

Your Invoices and all your other account details are available within the ‘Account Summary’ on your members dashboard. This is located towards the bottom of the screen.

How will My coaching be scheduled

All coaching sessions will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for both you and your coach. We will contact you directly to make the arrangements.


Can I cancel my membership

Yes, your membership can be cancelled at any time from within your account summary. Any coaching session that you have scheduled at this point will also be cancelled.
